Based in Los Angeles, California, Kismet is one hell of a dynamic duo. Their unique creative process of combining funky bass lines with moody melodic vocals produces a totally original sound. Originally from Tucson, AZ, the vocalist, Kay, pulls from influences of soul, R&B, and Latin rhythms. While Michael, a multi-instrumentalist from Cliffside Park, New Jersey provides an alternative rock as well as a hip hop lens to the work. Committed to pushing the boundaries of music, Kismet refuses to be tied down to any one genre.
